AI UGC Ads ("we", "the site") is a free tool that writes UGC-style ad scripts and a first-frame image from a product photo. This page explains what we handle.
What we collect
- Your input: the product photo, the selling-point line and the actor you pick. We send them to our AI provider to produce the result. We do not keep the photo on our server after the request ends. Results are shown to you in the page and are not stored by us.
- Limit data: a salted hash of your network address that changes every day (no cookie), with the date and the number of runs, so we can apply the daily free limits.
- Waitlist email: only if you submit it in the video dialog. We use it to write to you when video generation opens and for nothing else.
- Usage analytics: page views and button clicks through Google Analytics 4, which sets _ga cookies. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these stay off until you accept them. Event data does not include your email, your text or your photo.
Who receives data
- Our AI provider (fal.ai) receives your photo and text to generate results. Its own terms apply to what it does with them. We have not verified its retention period. For scripts, fal passes your text to a language model provider (currently Google Gemini via OpenRouter).
- Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Google provides analytics.
Retention: limit records hold only a date, a daily-changing hash and a run count. Limit records and waitlist emails are kept while the service runs and deleted on request.
Your choices: to see or delete your waitlist email, write to hello@howtallai.com. You can decline analytics cookies with "Cookie settings" in the footer or block them in your browser; the tool works the same either way.
Children: the site is not for people under 16.
Changes: we will update this page and its date when practice changes.
Contact: AI UGC Ads is operated by an independent developer. Write to hello@howtallai.com. Governing law: the laws of the place where the operator resides, unless mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise.
